TV’s:
There is no cable but the TV is connected to the internet so you can login to any subscription services you use (Netflix, Prime, etc).
Common Areas:
There is a two-story gym (3rd level), a rooftop inifinty pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and town, a business centre (just outside of this condo), games room (ping-pong), reading room, and entertainment room (with large TV) – these areas are spaced out in the common areas of each level of the building!
Access Cards:
You are provided with two access cards which need to be scanned for elevator use. Please keep these cards safe as a 500 peso replacement cost would be charged in-case of card loss.
House Rules:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this unit or on the attached balconies.
Pets are not permitted.
Partying / loud music is not permitted. It is important we respect other condo occupants and residents. Many residents in the building are full-time residents who live and work out of their condos.
Pool Area Rules:

Please use white towels only in the pool area (under the bench in the hall)

Bring individual drinks (in glass containers) to the loungers, but no coolers

No glass around the pool and no drinks in the pool

No loud music (be respectful to other guests, residents and owners)

Common Area Hours:

Gym: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm

Pool: 9:00 am – 10:00 pm (Mondays 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

Uber:
Is the easiest form of transportation (and generally cheaper than taxi). Simply download the app if you don't have it. Input the address you want to go and ensure the pickup address is "Insurgentes 193”
Drinking Water:
Do not drink tap water - drink water from the fridge in the kitchen. It is filtered and safe for drinking.
Fruits/Veggies:
Without peals need to be cleaned with a disinfectant (Microdyn is a common brand) before eating. Use 1/2 capful of Microdyn per litre of water and soak for 10 mins. Then drain and soak in water for 5 mins.
Garbage:
If you need to take out the garbage during your stay, it can be deposited near the main elevator (the one you use when entering the building (other side of the wall there is a garbage chute). We ask that you please not put any loose individual items or breakable glass down the chute.
Laundry:
If you need laundry done while here you are welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer (inside the pantry doors beside the kitchen). There is laundry detergent stored in there as well.
First Aid kit and Fire Extinguisher:
There is a first aid kit underneath the sink and a fire extinguisher outside the unit in the hall.
Guests:
While staying, you may to bring up to two visitors to the unit during the day (7:30 am – 12am), but for the safety of the unit we require that the total amount of guests (including renters) who can stay in the unit overnight is three.
