With current travel restrictions, PVR Prop is offering security checks for Puerto Vallarta property owners who have had to leave their vacation rental property vacant as a result of COVID-19.  PVR Prop will visit your property to check that:
 

• all doors are locked;
   

• all windows are secure in good condition;
   

• there are no signs of forced entry;
   

• electrical, water and internet services are functional;
   

• there no leaks or damage to property; and
   

• indoor or terrace plants are watered

​We will then provide you with a security update along with imagery with date capture for your peace of mind.
 

In order to make this available to as many property owners as possible, each check, which is suggested weekly, will be provided at a cost of $480 pesos (~$21 USD). As we will need to initially coordinate access to your property however, we ask that you book this service for at least one month of service (i.e. four checks).
