Entry/Exit:
Please ensure the main condo door remains closed at all times.
Your code to the condo door is the first six digits of your phone number followed by #
The code to the building entrance will be provided before arrival. Please ensure you note both.

TV:
The TV is connected to the internet so you can login to any subscription services you use (Netflix, Prime, etc).
House Rules:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this unit or on the attached balconies.
Pets are not permitted.
Partying / loud music is not permitted. It is important we respect other condo occupants and residents. Many residents in the building are full-time residents who live and work out of their condos.
Pool/Rooftop:
The rooftop is open 9 am – 11 pm
Proper swimwear is required and no food or glass are allowed in side the pool or jacuzzi.
Pets are not permitted on the rooftop area. Additonal pool rools are posted on the placard as you exit the elevator on the rooftop.
Uber:
Is the easiest form of transportation (and generally cheaper than taxi). Simply download the app if you don't have it. Input the address you want to go and ensure the pickup address is "Calle Ecuador 1425”
Drinking Water:
It is not recommended to drink tap water here. Two bottles of water are in the fridge to get you started and you’ll want to buy additional water for your stay when getting groceries.
Guests:
While staying, you are allowed to bring up to two additional visitors to the unit during the daytime (7:30 am – midnight), but for the safety of the unit we require that no more than the registered number occupants stay over night.
Fruits/Veggies:
Without peels should be cleaned with a disinfectant (Microdyn is a common brand and sold at all corner stores) before eating (when eating fresh). Use 1/2 capful of Microdyn per litre of water and soak for 10 mins. Then drain and soak in water for 5 mins.
Garbage:
If you need to take out the garbage during your stay, it can be deposited in the garbage chute to the right as you leave the condo.
Laundry:
If you need laundry done while here you are welcome to use the laundry machine and dryer (inside the door beside the kitchen). There is laundry detergent, softener and dryer sheets stored in there as well.
First Aid kit and Fire Extinguisher:
There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher underneath the sink.
Check-in/Out:
Check-in is after 3 pm. Check-out is 12 noon.
When checking out please ensure the AC, lights and stove are turned off, windows/patio doors are closed/locked and ensure the door is closed/locked behind you on your way out.
