La Playa is a brilliant modern-designed beachfront beauty located right on Los Muertos Beach of the Romantic Zone, it is one of only five units in this boutique complex. With amazing indoor/outdoor living space, lots of room for dining and lounging, the unit features ocean views from every space.
The entire property is fitted with air conditioning, and each of the three bedrooms have their own oversized ensuite bathrooms, televisions, and private beachfront balconies. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, and one boasts 2 queen beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a massive island and window to the outdoor eating area.
The building itself has overnight security, a large infinity pool shared by only 4 units that overlooks the ocean and space to entertain. There is direct private access to the beach from the building and underground parking available.
Please be advised the land on the southside of the stairwell from this property has just started breaking ground and will be doing construction during the daytime. There will likely be various levels of construction noise heard from Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm.
