Description
Villa Nautica is a spacious private residence only a short ten-minute walk to Nuevo Vallarta beach. This open-concept home features a great indoor/outdoor living space which features dining and sitting options both inside and out. The highlight of this property is its large private pool.
The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and an oversized island with a built-in breakfast bar. It has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a double shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and oversized showers, and one of the bedrooms opens up to a large yard beside the pool.
The community has a 24-hour security guard and a gate to enter.
